Less is more, and more is sometimes less. I think that's how that goes right? maybe? Anyways, In the case of a simple breakfast sandwich I really love it when its simple. Don't get me wrong, I love slightly more complicated breakfasts like eggs Benedict or some scratch made waffles. Today though! TODAY! its a day of minimalism, Strip away anything unnecessary in your life. First on the list, A very basic scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese sandwich. Its classic, its comforting, Its something you can make even if you're still have asleep in the morning.
Pizza, ZA, pie, and sometimes even flatbread /
I cant tell you if i remember my first words, My first day of school, first day i rode a bike by myself or even the first day i may or may not have lit the living room carpet on fire. What i can remember is my first slice of pizza. I cant tell you why this gastronomically simple dish is so revered in almost every part of the world. I just know that its like being back home for me. Its something i can eat 3 times a day and still crave a slice the next day.
Ramen Broth isn't on point /
Saturday night presented a chance to try Wabi Sabi down the street from my place. Yelp reviews were not the best on Ramen but Yelp reviews are very subjective! The Traditional Ramen did not do its justice but I will not leave such a harsh review. I am a strong believe that to get Ramen correctly, it's all about the BROTH. If you can't get the broth down, you didn't succeed in winning at Ramen. Once again, Oiistar is winning.

Dessert is for suckers /
I'm not one that normally goes for dessert after a huge dinner, but this time around I'm glad I did. Let me introduce you to the Serradurra from a place called fat rice. It's a cream cheese mousse, guava with a tea biscuit crumble on top. My only regret was I shared this dessert with 3 other people. Needless to say, the dessert didn't last long.
